Rat Removal
- Let’s face it…rats are gross. Many people associate having rats with a dirty home, but that is often not the case. They often find their way into crawl spaces and attics through gaps and take up residence for safety. You may hear them in the walls or attic even if you have never seen one in the living area of the home. Most common are the Norway rat and roof rat.
- They cause damage to the home by chewing on electrical wires and water pipes, burrowing into insulation to make a nest, and leaving fecal matter and urine throughout the home. Rodents can’t control their bowels, so they leave fecal matter/urine wherever they walk.
- Rats reproduce extremely quickly. They are able to reproduce at 4 months of age, average 8 pups per litter, and breed up to seven times a year. Add that up – it’s a lot of rats!

Squirrel Removal
- Squirrels often take up residence in homes. They discover a gap and either squeeze through or just keep on chewing until they get in. Once inside they often chew more holes giving them multiple entry and exit locations.
