If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You will use the Website only for lawful purposes.
If you are using the Website on behalf of a company, property owner, property management company, landlord, organization, or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on that entity’s behalf.
- Website Use

You may not use the Website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

- To gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
- To introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technologies.
- To scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means.

- To submit intentionally false or misleading information.
- To infringe upon the rights of Wild Shield or another party.
- To reproduce or commercially exploit Website content without authorization.
Wild Shield may restrict or terminate Website access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, Company, users, or others.
- Website Information
Wild Shield makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information through the Website.
However, Website content is provided primarily for general informational and marketing purposes and should not be considered a substitute for an on-site inspection or professional evaluation of a specific wildlife situation.
Wildlife problems vary significantly based on factors such as:
- Wildlife species.
- Property construction.
- Location.
- Entry points.
- Duration of wildlife activity.
- Nesting or breeding activity.
- Existing property damage.
- Accessibility.
- Environmental conditions.
Information presented on the Website does not guarantee that a particular method, service, timeframe, or result will apply to your property.
- Wildlife Information and Identification
Information concerning wildlife species, behavior, nesting, reproduction, damage, health concerns, removal methods, and prevention is provided for general educational purposes.
Wildlife behavior is inherently unpredictable.
An animal’s behavior, location, movement, nesting activity, entry route, or response to removal efforts may differ from typical behavior described on the Website.
Website information should therefore not be interpreted as a guaranteed diagnosis or identification of a wildlife problem.
Professional inspection may be necessary to determine the nature and extent of an issue.
- Service Requests
Visitors may use the Website, telephone, email, or other available communication methods to request information, inspections, estimates, or services.
Submitting a request does not automatically:
- Guarantee service availability.
- Confirm an appointment.
- Establish a final price.
- Guarantee that wildlife will be located.
- Guarantee that Wild Shield can perform the requested work.
- Create a binding service contract unless expressly confirmed by Wild Shield.
Wild Shield may need additional information or an inspection before determining the appropriate service.
- Estimates and Quotes
Any preliminary price, estimate, or range provided before an inspection may be subject to change based on actual property conditions and the scope of work required.
A final estimate may depend upon factors including:
- Wildlife species.
- Number of animals.
- Location of wildlife.
- Number and location of entry points.
- Accessibility.
- Property size.
- Height or roof configuration.
- Structural conditions.
- Existing damage.
- Cleanup requirements.
- Repair requirements.
- Exclusion requirements.
- Equipment or materials required.
- Safety considerations.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee that additional conditions will not be discovered after work begins.
- Separate Service Agreements
Certain Wild Shield services may be governed by a separate written:
- Estimate.
- Proposal.
- Work authorization.
- Service agreement.
- Invoice.
- Warranty.
- Guarantee.
- Payment agreement.
- Other service-specific documentation.
If a separate written agreement expressly conflicts with these Website Terms regarding the actual services being performed, the service-specific agreement will generally control with respect to that service.
These Website Terms remain applicable to Website access and other matters not specifically superseded by the separate agreement.
- Authorization to Request Services
By requesting services for a property, you represent that you are either:
- The property owner;
- A tenant with appropriate authority;
- An authorized property manager;
- An authorized representative of the owner; or
- Otherwise legally authorized to request the work.
Wild Shield may rely upon your representation of authority unless circumstances reasonably indicate otherwise.
You are responsible for obtaining any owner, landlord, association, management, or other authorization required before work begins.
- Property Access
Certain services require access to areas such as:
- Attics.
- Crawlspaces.
- Roofs.
- Garages.
- Basements.
- Exterior walls.
- Chimneys.
- Eaves and soffits.
- Utility areas.
- Storage areas.
- Other portions of the property.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to areas necessary for inspection or service.
Wild Shield may decline to enter an area that it reasonably considers unsafe, inaccessible, structurally unstable, contaminated, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for safe entry.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for cooperating reasonably with Wild Shield in connection with scheduled services.
This may include:
- Providing accurate information about known wildlife activity.
- Disclosing known hazards.
- Providing safe property access.
- Securing pets where necessary.
- Following preparation instructions.
- Following post-service recommendations.
- Avoiding interference with traps, exclusion devices, or equipment.
- Not intentionally reopening sealed entry points.
- Promptly reporting relevant changes in wildlife activity.
- Maintaining property conditions when required by a warranty or service agreement.
Failure to follow reasonable instructions may reduce the effectiveness of services and may affect applicable warranties or guarantees where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
- Wildlife Removal and Unpredictable Conditions
Wild Shield uses professional methods intended to address wildlife problems safely and effectively.
However, wildlife is not under Wild Shield’s control.
Animals may:
- Move to different portions of a structure.
- Enter through previously unidentified openings.
- Create new openings.
- Leave a property before inspection.
- Return to an area.
- Behave unexpectedly.
- Be inaccessible during an inspection.
- Occupy neighboring or connected structures.
For these reasons, no representation concerning wildlife activity should be interpreted as guaranteeing that every animal will behave in a particular manner or be immediately located or removed.
- Hidden and Inaccessible Conditions
Wildlife activity and property damage are often concealed behind walls, ceilings, insulation, roofing, siding, ductwork, foundations, or other structural components.
Wild Shield cannot guarantee that an inspection will reveal every:
- Animal.
- Nest.
- Entry point.
- Contaminated area.
- Damaged component.
- Structural defect.
- Hidden condition.
Conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, or not reasonably observable during an inspection may be discovered after work begins or after initial services have been completed.
Additional work may be recommended if previously unknown conditions are discovered.
- Pre-Existing Property Damage
Wild Shield is not responsible for property damage or defects that existed before its work began or that resulted from wildlife activity, deterioration, weather, defective construction, improper maintenance, previous repairs, other contractors, or unrelated causes.
Pre-existing conditions may include:
- Rot.
- Water damage.
- Mold or moisture problems.
- Deteriorated roofing.
- Damaged siding.
- Structural weakness.
- Damaged wiring.
- Damaged insulation.
- Existing holes or gaps.
- Previous animal damage.
- Improper construction or repairs.
Wild Shield may photograph or otherwise document property conditions before, during, or after services.
- Incidental Access and Repair Considerations
Wildlife inspection, removal, exclusion, and repair work may require access to difficult areas or interaction with existing building materials.
Wild Shield will use reasonable care while performing authorized services.
However, some services may necessarily involve opening, moving, removing, drilling, fastening, sealing, cutting, or otherwise interacting with property components where authorized as part of the work.
Any anticipated repairs or alterations will be addressed through the applicable scope of work when reasonably identifiable beforehand.
- Cleanup and Sanitation Services
Wildlife can leave behind droppings, urine, nesting materials, carcasses, parasites, odors, damaged insulation, and other contaminants.
Where cleanup or sanitation services are provided, Wild Shield will perform the work described in the applicable service agreement or estimate.
Unless expressly included in writing, wildlife removal does not automatically include:
- Complete attic restoration.
- Removal of all insulation.
- Mold remediation.
- Asbestos remediation.
- Structural reconstruction.
- Electrical repair.
- HVAC repair.
- Hazardous-material remediation.
- Treatment of unrelated pest problems.
Additional services may require a separate estimate.
- Health and Safety Information
Wildlife and wildlife waste may present health or safety concerns.
Information on the Website concerning diseases, parasites, contamination, bites, scratches, droppings, or other health matters is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Wild Shield is not a medical provider.
If you believe you have been bitten, scratched, exposed to disease, or otherwise experienced a medical emergency or potentially harmful wildlife exposure, seek advice from an appropriate medical professional or government health authority.
- Wildlife Laws and Humane Practices
Wild Shield intends to perform wildlife-control services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Certain wildlife species may be protected or subject to specific rules regarding:
- Removal.
- Trapping.
- Relocation.
- Exclusion.
- Nesting periods.
- Handling.
- Euthanasia.
- Rehabilitation.
Wild Shield reserves the right to modify, delay, or decline a requested method when necessary to comply with applicable law, licensing requirements, safety considerations, or accepted wildlife-management practices.
- Exclusion and Prevention Services
Wildlife exclusion is intended to reduce the likelihood that animals can enter a structure through identified or reasonably accessible entry points included within the agreed scope of work.
No property can necessarily be made permanently wildlife-proof under every circumstance.
Wildlife may create new openings, exploit deteriorating building materials, access portions of a structure not included within the original scope, or enter after subsequent property modifications or damage.
Customers should maintain their properties and address new damage or potential entry points when identified.
- Repairs
Wild Shield may perform repairs associated with wildlife entry or damage where included within the agreed scope of work.
Repair services are limited to the specific areas, materials, and work identified in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, warranty, or service agreement.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, repair work does not constitute a comprehensive structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, engineering, or building-code inspection.
Wild Shield may recommend that the customer consult an appropriately licensed specialist when conditions fall outside Wild Shield’s scope of services.
- Warranties and Lifetime Repair Guarantee
Certain qualifying Wild Shield services may include a warranty or lifetime repair guarantee.
Any warranty or guarantee is governed by the specific written terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, scope, duration, transferability provisions, customer obligations, and limitations provided in connection with the applicable service.
The phrase “lifetime repair guarantee” or similar language appearing on the Website should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee covering every future wildlife intrusion, every portion of a property, every animal species, or every type of property damage.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable written warranty, a warranty or guarantee may be limited to:
- Specific repair work performed by Wild Shield.
- Specific entry points treated or repaired by Wild Shield.
- Specific materials installed.
- Specific exclusion work identified in the service agreement.
A warranty may not cover new entry points, unrelated areas, structural changes, storm damage, deterioration, customer modifications, work performed by others, or other circumstances outside the original scope.
The actual written warranty or guarantee issued for the service controls.
- No Guarantee of Permanent Wildlife Elimination
Except for specific obligations expressly stated in a written service warranty or guarantee, Wild Shield does not guarantee that wildlife will never again approach, occupy, enter, or damage a property.
Wild animals exist naturally in the surrounding environment, and future activity can be affected by conditions beyond Wild Shield’s control.
These may include:
- Nearby wildlife populations.
- Trees and vegetation.
- Weather.
- Food sources.
- Neighboring structures.
- New construction.
- Property deterioration.
- New openings.
- Modifications made after service.
Wild Shield’s obligations are limited to the services and warranties specifically agreed upon in writing.
- Scheduling and Service Availability
Appointments and service times are subject to availability.
Wild Shield may need to modify an appointment because of:
- Weather.
- Emergencies.
- Employee or technician availability.
- Wildlife conditions.
- Equipment issues.
- Safety concerns.
- Traffic or travel conditions.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, appointment times and completion estimates are approximate.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, trip-charge, inspection-fee, or other appointment policies may be communicated when services are scheduled or through a separate service agreement.
Customers should provide reasonable notice when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
Wild Shield reserves the right to charge an applicable cancellation, service-call, or trip fee when such a fee has been disclosed and is permitted by applicable law.
- Pricing, Payment, and Past-Due Amounts
Customers are responsible for paying charges agreed upon for authorized services.
Pricing may be provided through an estimate, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for:
- Charges for authorized services.
- Applicable taxes.
- Approved additional work.
- Applicable fees disclosed before they are incurred.
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable service documentation.
To the extent permitted by law and any applicable agreement, Wild Shield may suspend further non-emergency services when amounts remain past due.
- Third-Party Services and Contractors
Wild Shield may use third-party vendors, suppliers, software providers, payment processors, subcontractors, or other service providers in connection with its business.
Wild Shield is not responsible for the independent acts, websites, policies, products, or services of unaffiliated third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms, warranties, and privacy policies.
- Website Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Wild Shield and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:

- Logos.
- Branding.
- Graphics.
- Photographs.
- Videos.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Shield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Website or its general informational content.
With respect to services actually performed by Wild Shield, any limitations of liability contained in a separate signed or accepted service agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Shield Wildlife Removal LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful misuse of the Website.
- Information you knowingly provide without authorization.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
- Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If Wild Shield does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Wild Shield has permanently waived the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver relating to one particular circumstance does not automatically constitute a waiver of future rights or violations.
- Changes to These Terms
Wild Shield may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:
- Website functionality.
- Services.
- Business practices.
- Applicable laws.
